How to Set Screen Time for Kids on a Windows 10 PC 2018
For small children or even teenagers, some parents find it beneficial to limit the number of hours they spend in front of the screen.
If you fall into this area, Windows 10 provides an easy way to assign a specific number of hours your child can spend each day in front of their computer.

By using granular controls built into the feature, you can even set specific times for the days of the week, as opposed to weekends or specific days, but not others. It's a great system and easy to use.
1 Right-click the Start button and select Settings from the list of available options.
2 Select Accounts.
3 In the sidebar on the left side of the screen, select Family and Other.
4 Make sure you have a child account set up and click Manage family settings online.
5 Log in to your Microsoft account if you are not already logged in.
6 Select Screen time under your child's name.
7 From here, activate the calendar Use a screen if you only want one Program for the Xbox screen and the PC apply. If not, leave it and Activate the device you want to monitor.
8 If this option is enabled, you can choose from a number of options, including a set Number of hours per day (unlimited hours of the day), or a certain number of hours.
Click on Scheduled Max and select the option the amount of time it takes.
9 In the previous example, I chose a time.
Now I can choose when I want the child to spend this hour.
First, click on the calendar.
10 Then select the time you want to allow and click Add.
In this case, my Children would get an hour off on Sundays and asked to use them between 9 in the morning and the 12 p. meter
11 Click Save.
