    How to share your location and use the Snap Map

    Snapchat can be your portal to the world, and your new instant map view will allow you to share your location and see what's happening in certain regions.

    In the Camera view, tap the screen to display the Show World screen.

    Then touch Next and select your privacy settings: Me alone (Ghost mode), My friends or Choose friends. After clicking Done, you'll see a map of your city that you can pinch and record for zooming.

    So you can see what people are doing in the next city, or look at your next vacation destination. However, you can use Ghost mode if you do not want Snapchat constantly sharing your location.

    How to add language filters?

    With Snapchat language filters introduced for the first time as part of animated face filters, you can now record on your own.

    That way you can change the way you and your friends sound in the videos. Current options are Chipmunk (our favorite), Robots, Alien and Bear (which seems super phantasmagoric). Simply record a video module and tap the speaker icon to see your options.
