OnePlus 6 Red Hands-On: How It will Look Up Close
OnePlus likes to spice up his cell phones with limited colors, and in the fledgling life of OnePlus 6, we've already received one: the white mother-of-pearl pattern.

However, it seems that the phone manufacturer had something decadent up its sleeve, as its latest announcement proves. OnePlus unveiled a new red version of its flagship product, which will be available on July 10th.
Like the Silk White OnePlus 6, the red model costs $ 579 and comes with 128GB of built-in memory and 8GB of RAM. By comparison, the standard OnePlus 6 in a black mirror with 64GB of memory and 6GB of memory costs $ 50 less than $ 529.
OnePlus used a special polishing and corrosion process to give the white silk its signature sheen, and the company paid equal attention to the red helmet finish.

We've had some practice with the device, and though it's much more noticeable than the existing flavors of 6 OnePlus under more light are really a bit like the iPhone product (RED) 8.
However, from time to time, given the good conditions, a subtle metallic gradient in the OnePlus deep glass top back described 5 Gorilla Glass's 6th multilayer film under the waves to capture light and curves, though personally I prefer the flatter, darker tone of the iPhone 8 or even the changing colors, like the Lava Red OnePlus 5T Magma.
To complete the back, OnePlus covered the aluminum edge of the phone in metallic red, while the silver edge was attached to both cameras and the fingerprint sensor. The sensor itself is also painted red, though it's a thoughtful surface and, frankly, the only design feature I do not like about this generation of OnePlus phones. It's a bit flashy, especially for a brand that prides itself on moderation.
In the end, I would prefer the Silk White or Midnight Black OnePlus 6. With these devices, OnePlus has achieved the seemingly impossible trick of building a predominantly glass cell phone that looks almost like metal or soft-touch plastic.
The OnePlus 6 red does not surprise in the same way, although it is a new version of a very good smartphone. If the color speaks to you, visit the OnePlus website and hang yours before supplies last.
